4APP x The Strike Zone Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the 4APP pitching development program offered through The Strike Zone partnership. By purchasing, enrolling in, or using the program, the customer agrees to the following terms.

1. Program Access

Customers will receive access to the 4APP platform, including throwing programs, health tracking, bullpen tracking, and monthly mechanical analysis and throwing Programs from Trevor Bauer 

2. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions purchased through The Strike Zone partnership are billed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Unless otherwise stated in writing, subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis until cancelled.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product and immediate access to training materials, all sales are final unless otherwise approved by 4APP Sports. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the renewal date to avoid future charges.

5. Athlete Responsibility

The customer understands that athletic development requires consistency, effort, and proper execution of the program. 4APP Sports and The Strike Zone do not guarantee specific performance outcomes, velocity increases, scholarship opportunities, or injury prevention.

6. Medical Disclaimer

The program is intended for educational and training purposes only and is not medical advice. 

7. iOS Platform Requirement

The 4APP application is currently available only on Apple iOS devices. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have compatible access to the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All training materials, videos, branding, drills, and content provided through 4APP Sports remain the intellectual property of 4APP Sports and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold.

9. Conduct & Misuse

4APP Sports reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for misuse, abuse, unauthorized sharing of accounts, or conduct deemed harmful to the program or community.

10. Limitation of Liability

Participation in baseball training involves inherent physical risk. By participating, customers acknowledge and accept responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses associated with training or competition.

11. Modifications

4APP Sports reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, pricing, platform features, or program offerings at any time.
